• The Textile Quality Philosophy

    Posted on by admin Comment

Quality is often understood as being an abstract idea with little or no impact on company costs, while the idea of quality is a determinig element in modern business where competition is an important factor in keeping and increasing the number of clients.
The attention to quality in fact greatly  repays the costs sustained in obtaining it and maintaining it.

Quality control carried out by textile manufacturers during the various working  phases is important but limited in the sense of means,  methodology and time.

It is always a control that is not carried out profesionally and therefore the purpose of quality control is not really achieved, that is the satisfation of the client.
Total Quality is conceived by  Centro Controllo Tessile and is realized in two distinct phases: Theoretical Quality and Technical Quality.
Theoretical Quality is when the quality  is objectively closer to the manufacturer since it is the verification of the dregree of satisfaction reached by the technical working phases fixed in the moment of the textile planning with respect to the exigences of the final user.

The Technical Quality is reached by inspection processes of the product and the fullfilment of the  requirements estabilished during planning.
In short, the person in charge of manufacturing has to do as much as possible in order to have Technical Quality satisfy completely Theoretical Quality by means of product controls and testing.

The final  aim  of  Centro Controllo Tessile is what  the ISO Regulation N. 8402 defines as the group of  planned and  systematic action that are necessary  in order to supply a proper certification and documentation so that a product or a service satisfies determined quality reqiurements.
Centro Controllo Tessile therefore presents itself as realizer of the Total Quality Control System, shifting the attention of quality management away from phisical variables to human variables, starting from a number of priority points such as and above all, the fact that quality cannot be encapsulated in a statical concept (i.e. total testing of batches and not sample testing), but as a dynamic concept changing constantly, and that constantly needs to be improved with firm attention  to the manufactoring process.
